Stefano Ciuffi

He began his musical training as a child, studying classical piano. At the age of 14, he began studying guitar and modern harmony with Toni Armetta, Stefano Micarelli, and Nicola Puglielli. He obtained a Level I Academic Diploma in Jazz from the “Licinio Refice” Conservatory in Frosinone with 110 cum laude and a Diploma in Composition, also with 110 cum laude, under the guidance of Maestro Luca Salvadori. He also studied jazz arrangement and composition, orchestral conducting, and music applied to images through masterclasses and specialized seminars.

As a guitarist, he collaborates with Capolinea and Têtes De Bois, with whom he won the 2015 Targa Tenco award. He is the guitarist, arranger, and composer of the Rinky Tinky Jazz Orchestra. He has played with numerous artists on the Italian scene, including Ernesto Bassignano, Francesco Di Giacomo, Simona Bencini & Dirotta su Cuba, Flaminio Maphia, the Trombe Rosse Jazz Orchestra, the Italian Symphony Orchestra, and the Italian Cinema Orchestra. He composes music for theater and dance and created the orchestrations for the musical “Il ragazzo dai pantaloni rosa” (The Boy in Pink Pants) directed by Massimo Romeo Piparo for the Teatro Sistina.

He works as an arranger and artistic producer. He is the author of classical and jazz compositions.
